Following this, the Minister of Transport and Road Development, Hon. Rabbi Abdi Mohamed, presented a report focusing on addressing the rising number of traffic accidents in the country. Additionally, the Council deliberated on the proposal for the regionalization of Gabiley and the enhancement of the districts of Aynaba, Baki, Sheikh, and Baligubadle. Initiated by the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, this proposal will be forwarded to the House of Representatives of the Republic of Somaliland for further assessment.
