The executive committee of the Kulmiye party met today at the party’s headquarters in Hargeisa, Somaliland. The meeting was chaired by H.E. President Muse Bihi Abdi, who is also the chairman of the party.
Prior to the start, the committee discussed a number of issues, including the upcoming political parties and presidential elections. The party reaffirmed its support for the elections, which have been scheduled by the National Elections Commission.
The committee also discussed the upcoming meeting of the central council of the Kulmiye party. The meeting will be held in Burco, the capital of Togdheer region, on August 20.
Finally, the deputy chairman of the party, Ahmed Abdi Hussein, called on Kulmiye supporters across the country to work together to ensure that the party is victorious in the upcoming elections.
