The Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Mohamed Ali Aw Abdi, presided over the official handover of duties between the newly appointed Minister of the Presidency, Hon. Khadar Hussein Abdi, and the outgoing Director-General of the Presidency, Mohamed Ali Bile.
