The President of the Republic of Somaliland, His Excellency Muse Bihi Abdi, currently on a business trip to the Sahel region, laid the foundation stones and inaugurated various government-implemented projects in Berbera.
The president first inaugurated the newly renewed 62-kilometer road between Berbera and Burao. Additionally, he laid the foundation stone for the renovation of the 64-kilometer road connecting Sheikh and Berbera, which the government will soon begin.
Moreover, President Muse Bihi Abdi officially opened the newly completed KALA-JAB Bridge, a significant infrastructure project by the government.
During his visit, President Muse Bihi also inspected the new residential buildings under construction on the outskirts of Berbera, which will be connected to the city’s water reservoir.
