Today at the Presidency, H.E. Musa Bihi Abdi, accompanied by the Vice President, chaired a meeting to discuss the ongoing situation in Las-Anod with the recently elected political organizations that qualified for the upcoming national parties’ election.
Prior to the start, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Somaliland, Hon. Mohamed Kahin Ahmed gave a long report on the situation on the ground in Las-Anod to the leaders of the political associations and organizations.
Afterwards, several chairmans of the political organizations thanked the President for calling them to advise on the ongoing conflict in Las-Anod and reiterated their commitment to helping our government strengthen our country’s stability and security.
Finally, President Bihi thanked the leaders of Political Organizations for their support and welcomed their recommendations about the Las Anod conflict.
